Return Policy
Here at Klug Uniforms, we recognize that there can be occasional mistakes made when ordering your garments. We are willing to do what it takes to make sure that you are satisfied with your corporate or business apparel purchase, with the following policies in place:
- Returns/Exchanges
must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Garments
that have been worn, washed, or soiled may NOT be exchanged
or returned.
- Uniforms, Business and Corporate apparel that are considered "Special Order" may NOT be exchanged or returned.
- All
Shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of
order.
- All business apparel, corporate apparel and uniforms exchanged or returned are subject to a 15% restocking charge, with the exception of even exchanges.
- Uniforms, Business and Corporate apparel that have been customized or altered may NOT be returned.
- Prior
to returning or exchanging any garments, the Exchange/Return
form must be submitted for authorization. Click
here for the Return/Exchange Form. No returns will be
accepted without prior authorization and will be refused.
